2. Description of Service

EmailTest.ai provides tools to check and monitor email security DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, BIMI, TLS-RPT) for domain names. The service is provided by MailGeeks.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EmailTest.ai only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to perform lookups on domains you do not own or have authorization to audit in bulk at a scale that degrades service performance for other users, or in any way that violates applicable laws.

4. Accuracy of Information

DNS record results are retrieved from publicly available resolvers and are provided for informational purposes only. EmailTest.ai makes no warranty that results are complete, accurate, or up to date. Always verify critical DNS configurations with your DNS provider directly.

5. Monitoring & Alerts

Monitoring features require a registered account. Alert delivery (email, Slack) depends on third-party services and cannot be guaranteed. EmailTest.ai is not liable for missed or delayed alerts.

6. Limitation of Liability

EmailTest.ai and MailGeeks.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including damages resulting from reliance on DNS record information provided by the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
